Congratulations to Jeneya Clark, Caleb Makortoff, Nicole Legg and McKenzie Campbell for their completing their honours projects and giving amazing presentations at the UBCO Psychology Honours Research day. Special props to Nicole Legg and Caleb Makortoff for winning first and second place in the Honours Presentations People’s Choice Awards. Nicole’s honours research investigated the relationship between impulsivity and eating disordered traits using cognitive bias modification.

Congratulations for Caleb Makortoff for winning second place for his poster presentation at the UBCO Undergraduate Research Conference. Caleb’s honours research used cognitive bias modification techniques to investigate the causal relationship between perfectionism, anxiety and eating disordered traits.

Jennifer Upshaw is awarded the Canadian Institutes of Health Research (CIHR) Frederick Banting and Charles Best Canada Graduate Scholarship to fund her doctoral research on hemispatial neglect. Congratulations Jen!!
